How Do I Change the Settings on My Giving Account?
Objective:
This article provides instructions for updating your personal information, payment methods, and account settings within your Amplify Giving account. By following these steps, you can manage your giving details directly from your smartphone or online.
Make Changes from Your Smartphone
You can update your account right from your mobile device!

Text the word EDIT to your church’s Giving Number.

Tap the link provided in the reply message.

Open your Account Settings and make the necessary changes.
From here, you can:

Update your personal information

Change or remove payment methods

Reset your password
Prefer to Access Your Account Online?
No problem! You can also log into your account through your church’s Giving Link.

Navigate to your church’s online giving page.

Click Sign In.
Settings and Options Available
Once signed in, you’ll be able to:

Update personal info (name, address, email, phone number, password)

Edit payment methods (add/remove credit cards or bank accounts)

Manage giving activity

View or cancel scheduled recurring gifts (under the Scheduled tab)

Review your giving history (under the History tab)
