Accessing and Managing Form Responses
Objective:
This article provides instructions for accessing, exporting, printing, and managing responses submitted through Forms. By following these steps, you can easily work with the data collected from donors and registrants.
Accessing Form Responses
Whether you’ve used forms to collect prayer requests, t-shirt sizes, or other important info—you’ll likely need to access and share that data later.
-
From the Forms Manager page, locate the Responses column.
-
Click the number listed there to open an internal spreadsheet of collected responses.
Exporting Form Responses
To export responses to a spreadsheet:
-
Scroll to the bottom-right corner of the response view.
-
Click Export as CSV.
You’ll receive a spreadsheet that can be printed, shared, or saved for your records.
Viewing and Editing Individual Responses
To view a specific submission:
-
Click the Created date listed next to the entry.
-
From there, you can view, save, or print the form as completed by the registrant or donor.
-
You can also choose to print only the Raw Data if needed.
⚠️ Note: Some fields, especially payment-related fields, are locked and cannot be edited by design.
Deleting Form Responses
To remove a response:
-
Scroll to the far-right column in the response spreadsheet.
-
Click the Delete icon next to the entry.
This is especially useful for Event Registration forms—deleting a response opens up a spot for a new registrant.
💡 Deleting a form does not refund the payment. To refund a registrant, you must do so manually through your Transactions report.
