Objective

This article explains how to use the Signup Slots feature to schedule volunteers, organize event contributions, or manage registrations like potlucks and supply drives.

Using Signup Slots for Your Ministry

Signup Slots are great for:

• Scheduling volunteers for services

• Organizing meal signups for events

• Coordinating items for donation drives

Watch the video or follow the steps below to get started!

Building a Signup Form

1. Select Start from Scratch in Form Templates

2. Name your form and click Start Building Form
   

3. Add the Signup Slots field from Field Sets
   

   Note: Only one type of Field Set can be used per form

Add a Slot
In the popup box, enter:

• Slot Title (e.g., “Appetizers”)

• Available Spots (e.g., 10)
  
  

  

  Optional settings:

• • • • ✅ No spot limit – Unlimited signups

      • ✅ Users can see signups – Names of other signups appear

      • ✅ Allow multiple signups – One person can take multiple spots
        
        

• Click Add to save the slot.

Add More Slots

• Click + Add Slot for each additional item or task

• Pre-plan your signup needs and categories for easy form building
  
  

Group into Categories

Use Group Slots into Categories (like Food, Supplies, Volunteers) for better organization.
       

• Drag and drop slots using the dotted lines

• Use the ✏️ icon to edit or 🗑 to delete

• Categories will appear as tabs on the live form for user-friendly navigation

  
  
  
  

  

Customize Before You Publish

Use Form Properties to:

• Adjust backend form functionality

• Add engaging visuals

• Enable custom messages, payment methods, and more
  
  

Enabling Ticketing (Optional)

If you need to send tickets:

• Go to Form Properties > Ticketing

• Enable Ticketing and preview them in the Email tab (👁 icon)

• Tickets are emailed to registrants automatically
