Enabling Partial Payments
To provide donors or registrants with flexible payment options, account managers can enable partial payments on the Payment tab within form properties.
Steps to Enable Partial Payments:
- Select the form you’d like to edit and open Form Properties.
- Click on the Payment tab.
- Select the Enable Partial Payments option.
- Enter the preferred due date for full payment.
- Enter the minimum amount due at submission.
- Click Save to close the Form Properties.
Donor and Registrant Experience with Partial Payments
- When enabled, donors or registrants will see an option to pay in installments. This allows for flexibility in making payments.
- If registrants select the ‘Pay for this in installments’ option, they will see:
- Manual payment options.
- Auto payment options, including the amount, start date, and frequency selections.
Manual Payments
- Donors or registrants can choose to make manual payments on their remaining balance or installments.
Automatic Payments
- Automatic payments allow donors or registrants to set up payments that are processed according to their specified schedule.
Donors and Registrants Managing Payments
- Donors and registrants can make additional payments or satisfy remaining balances through their givers’ profile on the Installments tab.
- Options include:

Making a manual payment.

Editing a payment source

Cancelling remaining installments.
Important Note: If a donor fails to manually pay off their remaining balance, the system does not automatically draft the remainder. It is the responsibility of the church to follow up with these individuals.
Account Manager Managing Payments
- Account managers can also make or record payments on behalf of donors, including cash or check payments.
- From the Form Responses section, hover over Paid Partially to see payment details and take action.
- From the Form Responses section, hover over Paid Partially to see payment details and take action.
- To add a payment on behalf of a donor or registrant, click Record a Payment.
- Enter the payment amount, date, method, and any necessary notes.
