You worked long and hard on a fabulous camp registration form with all the important data points you need to collect. You'll need a similar one next month for a different group of campers? No problem! You can save your fabulous form as a template!

Here's how:

1. Go to the form you'd like to reuse.

2. On the bottom right-hand corner, you'll see the option to Save As New Template button.

   

    

3. You'll be prompted to Name your new template.

   

   Moving forward, you'll be able to locate your new templates from the template picker, under Custom Templates.
