This article provides a quick overview of the Reports tab in the Manager Portal. Learn how to access key giving data through specialized reports to track, manage, and share your organization’s financial activity.
Accessing the Reports Tab
To access your giving reports:

Navigate to your Manager Portal

Click Reports in the left-hand navigation pane

A sub-menu will appear with four core report options
Report Types Overview
Here’s what you’ll find under the Reports tab:

Recurring Gifts
- View, filter, and manage all recurring gifts in one place.
- Edit gift settings, update donor payment profiles, and monitor frequency and status.

Transactions
- View all gifts and payments, sort by giving channel, date, or payment method.
- Issue refunds and access details for one-time and recurring gifts.

Deposits
- Track every batch of gifts that has been deposited into your bank account.
- Great for reconciling finances and verifying deposit totals.

Auto Reports
- Set up scheduled reports to be emailed to staff.
- Track giving activity over a specific timeframe—weekly, monthly, or custom ranges.
