Manager Dashboard Overview
Once your ministry’s account is live, everything your staff needs to manage and update the account is available through the Manager Dashboard.
It provides a bird’s-eye view of your giving activity and powerful administrative tools.
Left-Hand Navigation Menu
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll find in the left-hand panel:

Dashboard – View giving insights from the last 30 days, last 12 months, and all time

Recurring Gifts – Manage and edit recurring donations

Transactions – Filter by giving channel or payment method; issue refunds

Deposits – See all deposited gift batches

Auto Reports – Set up scheduled email reports for staff

Deposits – Kiosk – Reports specifically for kiosk giving

Donors – View and edit profiles, assign envelope numbers, generate statements, and add payment methods

Fund Management – Add or edit giving funds, goals, and memo fields

Forms – Build forms for payments, events, and campaigns

Engagement – Download slides, postcards, and promotional tools for digital giving
