Giving Technical Support 🧯
If the training materials are your guides, consider our Support Team Members your first responders - dare we say, ninjas? - to serve your immediate needs. The team comes to the rescue quickly, resolves problems, and provides world-class care, concern, and empathy. We aim to treat every contact the way we would want our Mom to be treated.
Super efficient and reliable, the Support Team is available for assistance in answering technical questions about reporting, invoicing, or taking a closer look if something doesn't look or feel quite right. Our priority is to respond to inquiries quickly and always go above and beyond to serve our clients!

Before logging into your manager's portal, locate your support phone number in the lower right corner of the screen. Note: The number in the image below is simply an example. It is NOT the number you should call. Depending on your brand, the number will vary slightly. Please see your login screen for the correct Support phone number.
- Help Center:
- Within your account, click the Question Mark icon and then Help Center. Use our search tool to find keyword-suggested results from the homepage or header of each help page.
- You can always open a support ticket with our team from the home screen of our help page or simply by clicking the button below!
