Archive a Group

Before you delete a group, consider archiving it first. Doing so allows you to declutter your Groups List, yet retain important attendance data or other important historical information. 

How do I find Archived Groups?

Whether you're viewing a list of Groups, a Report, or performing a search, we've provided a filter option to include archived Groups in your results.

How to Archive Groups

You can archive Groups one at a time or en masse. 

One at a Time

  1. On the Groups Settings Screen, expand the Group Properties and Settings section. 
  2. At the bottom of the screen, check off Archive Group
  3. Make sure to click Save.

Note: If you are editing a Group, you can also click on the three-dot icon and click Inactivate in the drop-down menu that appears.

Archive Multiple Groups at Once

  1. On the Groups > List screen, select the groups you'd like to Archive. 
  2. At the top right, click on the Tri-Dot icon and select Mass Archive/Activate

  3. Within the lightbox that appears, ensure Archive Groups is selected and click Go. The groups will be archived immediately.
