Before you delete a group, consider archiving it first. Doing so allows you to declutter your Groups List, yet retain important attendance data or other important historical information.
How do I find Archived Groups?
Whether you're viewing a list of Groups, a Report, or performing a search, we've provided a filter option to include archived Groups in your results.
How to Archive Groups
You can archive Groups one at a time or en masse.
One at a Time
- On the Groups Settings Screen, expand the Group Properties and Settings section.
- At the bottom of the screen, check off Archive Group.
- Make sure to click Save.
Note: If you are editing a Group, you can also click on the three-dot icon and click Inactivate in the drop-down menu that appears.
Archive Multiple Groups at Once
- On the Groups > List screen, select the groups you'd like to Archive.
- At the top right, click on the Tri-Dot icon and select Mass Archive/Activate.
- Within the lightbox that appears, ensure Archive Groups is selected and click Go. The groups will be archived immediately.
