How to Use Amplify Media with EasyWorship

You can easily use Amplify Media motion backgrounds, stills, countdowns, and templates with EasyWorship. This guide walks you through how to download your media from Amplify Media and import it into EasyWorship.

1. Download Media from Amplify Media

  • Go to your Downloads section or browse the Media Library.

  • Choose the motion, still, or countdown you want to use.

  • Click Download and save the file to your computer.

Note: All Amplify Media files are provided in formats compatible with EasyWorship (MP4 for motions, JPEG/PNG for stills).

2. Import Amplify Media into EasyWorship

  • Open EasyWorship on your computer.

  • Go to the Media tab and select either Images or Videos.

  • Click the Add (+) button.

  • Locate your downloaded Amplify Media files and click Open.

  • The media will appear in your EasyWorship media library.

3. Add Amplify Media to Presentations

  • Drag and drop the media item onto a presentation or slide background.

  • You can set motions to loop by adjusting the playback settings in EasyWorship.

  • For stills, use them as static backgrounds behind lyrics or sermon points.

4. Use Amplify Media Lower Thirds and Templates

  • Download lower third graphics or templates from Amplify Media

  • Import them as image or video layers in EasyWorship.

  • Apply them in slide themes for consistent visual formatting.

Note: Lower thirds are ideal for lyrics, speaker names, or scripture references—especially in livestream or in-room environments.

5. Best Practices

  • Organize your EasyWorship media folders by type (e.g., motions, countdowns, stills).

  • Name your files clearly for quick access during live services.

  • Use high contrast text with Amplify Media backgrounds for readability.

  • Test all media before service time to check for resolution, timing, and visibility.

Does Amplify Media work on both Windows and Mac versions of EasyWorship?
EasyWorship is currently only available for Windows, and all Amplify Media files are compatible.

Do I need special settings for looped backgrounds?
No. Just set the motion video to loop within EasyWorship’s media properties panel.

Are countdowns editable?
No, countdowns are delivered as MP4 video files and cannot be edited within EasyWorship. You can choose from several time lengths in the Amplify Media library.
