We do provide SSL certificates as a part of the website hosting on Amplify.
In order for the SSL for your site to be installed, you must first launch your website with us. To see more information about this, please refer to this article.
After you launch your site, you will receive either one (for Wordpress) or two (for Cloud Sites) DNS records. Both of these DNS records must be provided to your domain provider and input correctly for the SSL to install on your site.
If the SSL does not install, first check that the DNS records are exactly matching what is shown in the Site settings area. Second, attempt to re-publish your site, by re-adding the domain to your site and clicking publish (re-launch your site).
