Changing Your Own Account Information

Both Helpers and Planners may change most of their own information, including their phone numbers, email address, and password on the My Account page. To modify your account information, login to Service Planning, and click on the upper right hand corner circle with initials> My Account for this information.

On the Communication Settings tab, users may add SMS text numbers and alternate emails to their account.  To learn more, see the Communication Settings article.

It is important for Helpers to remember that they do not have userIDs. Rather, they use their email address to access their account.

It is recommended each user change their password every few months to reduce the chances of their account being compromised.
