Calendar Feed for All Events

Calendar feeds allow you to display events scheduled in Service Planning directly in your personal or organizational calendar. Your calendar must support "subscriptions" or "feeds" where you can specify a URL feed (current versions of Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars all do, plus many other calendar programs).

To get the special Calendar Feed URL needed for events to show up in your calendar, follow these steps:

  1. You must be logged in with "Account Admin" level account.
  2. Navigate to the wheel/cog icon in the upper right-hand corner next to the circle with your initials in it.

  3. At the bottom of the screen click the "Get calendar feed URL" link in the list of information about your church. Screenshot 2024-05-13 at 8.28.26 PM.png

Once you copy the URL to your clipboard, go into your calendar application and follow their instructions for adding external calendars/feeds. Screenshot 2024-05-13 at 8.28.40 PM.png

Here are a few links that may be helpful for doing that:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Google's calendar subscription functionality only syncs with the feed every 8-12 hours.  So, changes in Service Planning may not be reflected in your Google calendar until several hours later.
