Assignment Reminders

Team leaders can configure Service Planning to automatically send reminders of assignments to team members.  The message will only be sent to team members for whom the system is awaiting response, have accepted, or have tentatively accepted for the specific service, and will contain details of their assignment (the role, date, time, and location) as well as a customized message by the team leader.   After reminders are sent, Service Planning will (optionally) send the team leaders a reminder summary email, listing the names of the people that were sent a reminder.

To configure Assignment Reminders for your team:

  1. Click on People> Teams in the right-hand side panel.
  2. Click on the pencil icon to the far right of the Team name you are wanting to configure reminders for
  3. Click the Assignment Reminders tab
  4. Use the "Edit These Settings" button on the bottom right to modify the settings
