Build a form once - then share & promote it anywhere!
Eliminate administrative work & duplicate forms systems by using these 7 simple methods to share your form everywhere.
For example, instead of using a separate website form tool, simply embed your form on your website or link directly to it!
Pro-Tip: Empower your staff & volunteers to help build and manage forms. See Manage Form Permissions.
Where to Find Form-Sharing Options
Edit a form, then click Form Properties at the bottom of the screen. The General Tab opens by default. Scroll down until you see form-sharing options (beginning with the QR Code).
QR Code
Each form will produce a unique QR Code for easy sharing. You can download the code for posters, slide presentations, brochures, and more.
Embed Your Form on Your Website
You can embed your form so it displays within your website. (Don’t let the word “embed” intimidate you! It simply means ‘copy and paste' your form into your website).
Note: Every website provider/platform is slightly different. If you need specific “how-to” instructions to embed code onto your website, please contact your website provider for assistance.
A Note on Security: If you embed a Giving Form on a website, it MUST be placed on a page with SSL encryption (HTTPS). If you’re unsure how to enable SSL on your website, please contact your website administrator or provider. It’s typically a straightforward process!
Direct Link
Copy the direct link to your form and paste it wherever you'd like to share your form link!
Link from a button on your website or an image within Social Media. The sky's the limit!
Text Message
Once you have obtained your direct link, you may copy it and navigate to Mass Contact. Choose to create a new Text (SMS) Message and compose a message. Paste your direct link into the message, use the Shorten Links button to minimize the characters used in your text, and click Send.
Text a Keyword
Share your forms using your Text Giving number and Form Keywords. Each form can be assigned a keyword that will direct givers or registrants to that form. For example, "Text COMMUNITY to xxx-xxx-xxxx to sign up to join a Community Group." Then, givers receive a text response with a link to the form.
Note: Keyword Texting is only available via Amplify Giving.
Mobile App
Share forms easily within our integrated Mobile App. Custom Pages (Flex Content) allow you to select and link to any form easily. Additionally, you can display forms within specific modules, such as the Events Module (pictured below).
Form Categories define the Modules where a form can be displayed.
To display a form in specific modules, you must select the appropriate Form Category. (Form Categories are found under Form Properties).
- Contact Form - Checking this box allows a form to be displayed within the Contact Module.
- Event Registration - Checking this box allows a form to be displayed within the Discover & Events Modules.
- Special Donation—Checking this box allows a form to be displayed in the Giving Module (great for cause-based giving!).
*If you're not already using our integrated Mobile App, contact Sales for more information.
