Check-In Label Format Options

Summary

Multiple label formats allow for an organization to use a specific format to be applied based on how the attendee will interact with other attendees. For instance a child check-in format versus a name tag.

Setup

On each Group being used for Check-in, the "Label Format Options" setting includes three options for labels.

Specifics on how each option looks will vary based on printer and label size. These examples were created using the Godex DT4 at 3x2 inches. The Child Label and Guardian Label may change with specific Check-in Station options selected, such as "Include Children's Names On Guardian Receipt."

Existing labels are geared to accommodate names and group names of varying lengths.

Applying a label format will only influence browser-based Check-In at at this present time. Adding formatting options to the iOS Check-In app will be coming in a future release.

Pro-Tip: The ability to use an alpha-numeric Random Security Code system instead of the traditional 3-digit numeric system is available upon request. To have this option turned on in your instance please contact our Support Team!

Important Note: The ability to create fully custom labels is a common request; we look forward to adding flexibility in the future.
