Group Views are customizable lists of groups designed to save you time.
These can be used as easy filter options throughout Amplify People.
By default, Group Views are user-specific but can be shared with other team members as needed!
Common Use Cases:
(1) Mass Communication: Save a list of groups who you commonly Mass Email or Mass Text. For 'children or youth' Groups, take advantage of Mass Contact's Send to Parents feature!
(2) Reporting: Identify the most common reports you run and create Group Lists for each. Ex: select age groups and campus groups to report on giving trends by age & location.
(3) Track Growth and Create 'Pipelines:' Create Group Views for Small Groups, Ministry Teams, Volunteers, Members, or Visitors. With views like these in place, you can easily track overall growth trends, engagement of visitors or members in small groups or next steps opportunities, and follow-up people NOT in a given view for things like finding new volunteers—the sky's the limit!
